Training Management in Lynx
Training Management in Lynx
Overview
Mining companies must track employee training to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe operating environment. In both the United States and Canada, mining operations are required to document safety training, certifications, and refresher courses for workers, contractors, and supervisors.
Typical mining training programs include:
New miner training
Annual refresher training
Task-specific training (when assigned new equipment or duties)
Emergency response training
Hazard recognition and workplace safety
Equipment operation certification
First aid and mine rescue training
Training records must be documented and made available to regulators and inspectors when requested.
The Lynx Training function allows mining companies to organize training programs, assign staff to required training, track completion status, and maintain a centralized training record for compliance and reporting.
Using the Lynx Training Function
Lynx Training enables administrators and supervisors to:
Create training programs
Assign employees to training
Track completion and expiration
Maintain records
