New Updates
Link Commitments from Event Details Page
A new commitment section was added to the Event Details Page. Users can now link commitments right from this screen.
Add Logo to Email Notifications
Company logos now show on most email notifications
The Event Grid is now Speedier
We refactored the event grid, speeding things up when working with your data. It's like cleaning your closet so you can find your favorite outfit faster.
Users can now view and export monitoring event custom fields
Previously, if a custom field was associated with a specific monitoring event category, it did not show up on the monitoring events grid (and could not be exported). This has been updated to add all custom fields to monitoring events grid.
Download Imported Files from Import History
Users can now download previously imported files from the import history page.
Email Bounce Monitoring
A contact’s email will show as disabled if a bounce or complaint is received. Users can reset by updating their email address.
