We’re thrilled to share the latest updates and improvements to Lynx that enhance your experience on the platform. Below, you’ll find details on new features, resolved issues, and guidance for getting the most out of Lynx's latest tools. Version 4.8.4 has now been released and is available to all users.

New Updates
Updates to Ruby AI
Ruby AI got an upgrade: Claude Sonnet 3.5 was upgraded to version 4.6 for all AI uses in the app. Claude Sonnet is a high-performance AI model family developed by Anthropic, designed to balance superior intelligence with speed.
Commitments Updates
Imports are now available for Commitments.
User lists are now limited based on new permissions.
New Dropdown Menus for Searching Users in Incidents and Actions
Previously, Lynx investigation and participant users were selectable via a single select list. This has been changed to a searchable list, to accommodate larger staff lists.
Standard Record of Engagement Report
Community module users now have access to a standard record of engagement report.
Speed Improvements for Actions and Incidents
Incident and Action grids have been refactored for better performance and quicker loading.
Backdating Action Dates
Administrator users can now update action approval and verification dates.
Unarchiving Contacts
Users can now unarchive contacts that have previously been archived.
