LYNX VERSION 4.5.5
New Features
Feedback Mechanism for Ruby AI
Ruby AI now includes a built-in feedback mechanism, giving users the ability to directly shape and improve the platform. This enhancement empowers users to provide input in real time, helping Ruby AI continuously learn and adapt to your needs while building trust through greater transparency. It also allows our team to act quickly on your insights, accelerating innovation and ensuring that the platform delivers more accurate, reliable, and compliant results across Health, Safety, Environment, and Community (HSEC) data management. By closing the loop between users and the AI, Ruby AI is a partner that evolves with you.
Persistent Chat State for Ruby AI
Ruby AI is now your personal assistant for community, health and safety, or environmental data. The new feature includes:
Continuity of Conversations: Instead of starting from scratch every time, Ruby AI keeps context from earlier questions. This makes it easier to refine queries, ask follow-ups, and dig deeper without re-explaining.
Smarter Insights: With chat state, Ruby AI doesn’t just answer questions — it builds a running dialogue. This helps uncover patterns and insights across complex datasets that static dashboards can’t reveal.
Efficiency Gains: Teams save time by working in a true conversation flow. Regulatory reporting, community updates, or safety reviews can now be developed iteratively in one ongoing exchange.
Human-Like Interaction: Chat state makes Ruby AI feel more like a trusted team member, capable of remembering what you asked yesterday and expanding on it today.
Move Through Events Sequentially
Users can now go forward and back to sequential events via arrows next to event numbers on the Event Details page.
